yxpolyer PPS-TF Natural 1.75mm 1kg
PPS-TF (Tensile-Enhanced Polyphenylene Sulfide) is an impact-modified variant of PPS engineered for improved toughness while retaining the hallmark advantages of the base polymer. Like standard PPS it offers a continuous service temperature of 220-240°C and resists virtually all solvents below 200°C. The tensile enhancement raises impact resistance above that of unfilled PPS making it more robust for structural parts subject to occasional shock loads. It remains extremely hard (harder than PC and most nylons) and very stiff. Requires a high-temperature hotend capable of 290-330°C, a heated bed at 100-110°C, and an enclosure with an ambient chamber temperature around 70°C. Parts should be tempered at ≥130°C immediately after printing to lock in maximum strength; higher annealing temperatures (up to 200°C) yield progressively stronger parts. Despite PPS absorbing very little moisture, hot drying is recommended before printing because what little moisture it does absorb is difficult to drive out at lower temperatures.
