Refund Policy
Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Opened filament or filament with otherwise damaged packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective products
If a product is defective, please contact us (ideally with photos/videos of the issue). If it's not defective, we'll still help you solve your problem, and if it is, you can return it and we'll refund your order – we stand behind our products.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellation
Regular purchases are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. Preorders can be cancelled at any time until the order has been sent to the manufacturer.
Complaints
Under Icelandic consumer protection law, customers have the right to file complaints regarding product defects. Contact us at karen.robertsdottir@gmail.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to The Icelandic Consumer Agency (Neytendastofa).
